The role
Sateliot is a Barcelona-based satellite company with one goal: connect everything, everywhere. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team, with a clear focus on demand generation, lead acquisition, high-value content creation and inbound marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on role for someone with around 3 years' experience in B2B marketing, able to plan, run and optimise campaigns designed to generate qualified traffic, leads and sales opportunities.
You will be responsible for activating different digital marketing channels and tools (paid media, email marketing, landing pages, marketing automation, lead nurturing and CRM), tracking results and continuously optimising activity to improve conversion and contribute to the sales pipeline.
A key part of the role is the ability to turn Sateliot's technical, commercial and market knowledge into content that matters to our audiences, contributing both to the company's positioning and to demand generation.
We're looking for someone who combines marketing judgement, creativity and the ability to execute: able to bring ideas to the table, but also to build a campaign, prepare a briefing, create a landing page, analyse the results and apply what they learn to the next activity. Someone who wants to take on responsibility, experiment and grow within an international technology company.
What you'll do
Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and organic channels, aimed at generating qualified traffic, leads and sales opportunities.
Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, particularly Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, working with external agencies where needed.
Support the management of HubSpot: campaigns, forms, landing pages, databases, lead nurturing and reporting.
Create and coordinate marketing content for social media, web, newsletters, presentations and sales materials. Adapt the same content across formats and channels, building a content repurposing approach that maximises its impact.
Manage the corporate social media calendar, especially LinkedIn, and analyse performance.
Support SEO, SEM and GEO/AEO initiatives to increase brand visibility and digital acquisition.
Develop and maintain sales enablement materials: presentations, one-pagers, use cases and other assets.
Coordinate marketing activity around trade shows, conferences and international events, before, during and after each one.
Coordinate agencies, designers and external suppliers, ensuring brand consistency and on-time delivery.
Track the main marketing KPIs and produce performance reports, identifying opportunities to optimise.
Work cross-functionally with Communications, Sales, Product and other teams to align marketing activity with business objectives.
How we work
We lead with humility, move fast, and take ownership. We collaborate without ego and measure ourselves by real impact, not titles or hierarchy. We hire people who already live these values.
