- Organizational and multitasking skills: Managing multiple priorities will enable you to coordinate parallel activities across projects and proposal processes.
- Technological understanding: Being comfortable discussing technical topics will help you collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand constraints in both projects and bids.
- Structured and detail-oriented mindset: Your attention to planning, documentation, and tracking will ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance in both execution and proposals.
