Project Consultant Engineer - Elevators and Escalators

You will be responsible for developing the technical specification activity for elevator and escalator solutions in special projects, collaborating with key market stakeholders to position Schindler solutions from the design phase through to project award.

• Develop trusting relationships with architects, engineering firms, consultants, developers, and other key specifiers.
• Promote the inclusion of Schindler technical specifications and solutions in new construction projects and major developments.
• Participate in the technical definition of special projects, providing advice on the most suitable solutions for each need.
• Analyze, together with the commercial network and Operations, the technical and commercial feasibility of projects.
• Provide technical-commercial support to Branch Managers and sales teams throughout the different phases of the commercial process.
• Collaborate with the New Installations and Major Accounts teams to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of solutions, regulations, and market trends.
• Collaborate occasionally with international teams and other areas of the organization when the nature of the project requires it.

• Technical Engineering degree or Engineering degree (preferably Industrial or similar).
• Experience in technical-commercial positions related to elevators, escalators, engineering, construction, or project management.
• We will also value experience as a Project Manager or in control bodies (OCA) related to the sector.
• Strong ability to interpret technical solutions and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Customer orientation and focus on developing long-term relationships.
• Sufficient level of English to collaborate on international projects and support professional development.
• Knowledge of the New Installations and Major Accounts markets.
• Experience working with architects, engineering firms, and specifiers.
• Knowledge of vertical transportation systems and applicable regulations.

Ingeniero/a Consultor/a Proyectos Especiales - Ascensores y Escaleras Mecánicas

Serás responsable de desarrollar la actividad de prescripción técnica de soluciones de ascensores y escaleras mecánicas en proyectos especiales, colaborando con los principales agentes del mercado para posicionar las soluciones Schindler desde la fase de diseño hasta la adjudicación del proyecto.

• Desarrollar relaciones de confianza con arquitectos, ingenierías, consultoras, promotoras y otros prescriptores clave.
• Promover la inclusión de las especificaciones técnicas y soluciones Schindler en proyectos de nueva construcción y grandes desarrollos.
• Participar en la definición técnica de proyectos especiales, aportando asesoramiento sobre las soluciones más adecuadas para cada necesidad.
• Analizar conjuntamente con la red comercial y Operaciones la viabilidad técnica y comercial de los proyectos.
• Dar soporte técnico-comercial a las Direcciones de Zona y equipos de ventas durante las distintas fases del proceso comercial.
• Colaborar con los equipos de Nuevas Instalaciones y Grandes Cuentas para identificar oportunidades de negocio.
• Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de las soluciones, normativa y tendencias del mercado.
• Colaborar puntualmente con equipos internacionales y otras áreas de la organización cuando la naturaleza del proyecto lo requiera.

• Ingeniería Técnica o Ingeniería (preferiblemente Industrial o similar).
• Experiencia en posiciones técnico-comerciales relacionadas con ascensores, escaleras mecánicas, ingeniería, construcción o gestión de proyectos.
• También valoraremos experiencia como Project Manager o en organismos de control (OCA) vinculados al sector.
• Elevada capacidad para interpretar soluciones técnicas y gestionar proyectos complejos.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e influencia.
• Orientación al cliente y al desarrollo de relaciones a largo plazo.
• Nivel de inglés suficiente para colaborar en proyectos internacionales y favorecer el desarrollo profesional.
• Conocimiento de los mercados de Nuevas Instalaciones y Grandes Cuentas.
• Experiencia trabajando con arquitectos, estudios de ingeniería y prescriptores.
• Conocimiento de sistemas de transporte vertical y normativa aplicable.
