An Administrative Assistant at Schmidt is the key piece that makes the engine run. They are the central pillar of the store, working with customers, suppliers, installers, and their team to keep operations organized, efficient, and performing at their best.

WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE A COMMERCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT AT SCHMIDT?

Being an Administrative Assistant at Schmidt is a rewarding role in a great environment. You will be the store's main point of contact, responsible for organization and communication.

Additionally, you will set the tone for customer and team interactions with Schmidt. You will be the person who ensures people have a great day!

What you'll do

- Managing administrative tasks.
- Coordinating the different actions involved in each project (validating sales files, organizing orders...).
- Planning the final installation with the end customer and handling administrative and accounting tasks.
