The Barcelona plant specializes in ETO (Engineering to Order) solutions within the Secure Power division, focusing on prefabricated data centers and power modules. It offers complete solutions based entirely on Schneider Electric components, covering the entire project lifecycle, from the bidding and design phase to commissioning at customer facilities and subsequent maintenance. Description: In a context of strong business growth and facility expansion, we are looking to bring on a profile to lead a team of 7 people. This position will be responsible for managing the plant's methods and continuous improvement area, as well as production planning. Key responsibilities: Lead and develop the methods, continuous improvement, and plant planning team (7 people), ensuring alignment with plant objectives Define, implement, and optimize production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen), identifying optimization opportunities and leading their implementation Oversee and develop the production planning area, ensuring a master plan aligned with demand, capacity, and available resources.
