The role
The ambition for the L&H Performance team is to steer the L&H portfolio for future performance rather than just acknowledge past performance, helping SCOR develop a competitive advantage to outperform peers' profitability. Own the aggregation and analysis of quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across Macro Markets for the longevity and Finsol product lines with active involvement in the landing process, quarterly finance memos and business planning exercises.
Improve the understanding, reporting of and accuracy of key metrics including New Business CSM, Risk Margin, Risk Adjustment, CSM and S&P Capital.
Review and critique the annual Experience Analysis produced by the longevity/Finsol teams across the portfolios and reconcile to other KPI as appropriate, as well as any specific ad-hoc analyses on the portfolios as part of performance reviews

Provide effective and timely communication of financial performance results to management
Communicate within Finance teams to ensure consistency of understanding and messages
