We're looking for a Global Video Lead to join our team in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

As Global Video Lead, you will:

• Video Production: Lead and actively contribute to video and motion graphics production across CTV, instream, and digital advertising formats.

• Quality & Standards: Define and maintain global creative and technical standards, ensuring consistent quality and SLA compliance.

• Workflow Coordination: Manage video requests, priorities, and deadlines alongside the Video Operations Coordinator.

• Vendor Management: Oversee external creative partners, including negotiations, quality control, and service delivery.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and regional teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with commercial needs.

• Operational Excellence: Improve production workflows, processes, and documentation to ensure efficiency and scalability.
