Assistance Agent

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistance Manager or in a similar role in the insurance sector.
• Solid knowledge of funeral insurance products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Empathetic capacity to handle delicate situations and provide support to affected family members.
• Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Availability of driver's license and vehicle

• Stable employment contract (permanent) of 40 hours per week

• Provide in-person attention and advisory to family members in the event of a death, ensuring a warm and human experience during difficult moments.
• Verify insurance coverages and benefits to ensure that beneficiaries receive the appropriate services.
• Coordinate and manage the necessary assistance, such as the transfer of the deceased, funeral services, legal procedures, among others.
• Collaborate with other departments of the company, such as the customer service and insurance areas, to satisfy the needs of beneficiaries and their families.
• Delivery of documentation to policyholders, advisory, and commercial actions
• Formalization of policies and supplements
• Prospecting and acquisition of new clients in the area
