Senior SAP GRC and Security Consultant

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience: at least 5 years of experience in SAP consulting with a specific focus on the SAP security component.
• Technical/Functional Knowledge:
  • GRC Access Control
  • Role creation

• Advanced level of English, especially for international projects.

As an SAP GRC Consultant, you will be part of the SAP Consulting Unit at SEIDOR.

In this unit, we help organizations in their transformation towards becoming intelligent companies, connecting processes, departments, and functions through integral business management solutions. Additionally, we optimize internal processes and operations, and facilitate decision-making through advanced tools for data acquisition and exploitation.

You will lead implementation projects, and perform the configuration, optimization, and support of SAP systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design customized solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Design, creation, and maintenance of SAP roles aligned with business needs and security policies.

• User access management, including granting, revoking, and modifying access under the principle of least privilege.

• Analysis and management of Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks, proposing solutions or mitigating controls.

• Configuration and administration of SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM).

• Role lifecycle management, from definition to review and removal.

• Implementation of mitigating controls to reduce non-eliminable access risks.

• Support in internal and external audits, providing required evidence and documentation.

• Optimization and redesign of roles to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary access.

• Automation of access request and approval processes through GRC workflows.

• Training and advisory for key users on access management best practices.
