The role

As a C4C Consultant you will be part of the SAP Consulting Unit at SEIDOR.

In this unit, we help organizations in their transformation towards becoming intelligent companies, connecting processes, departments, and functions through integral business management solutions. Additionally, we optimize internal processes and operations, and facilitate decision-making through advanced tools for data acquisition and exploitation.

What you'll do

You will lead implementation projects, and perform the configuration, optimization, and support of SAP systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design customized solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud v2 implementation.
Design SAP solutions that align with the client's strategic objectives.
Data collection, analysis, training, uploads, and project go-live and maintenance.
Provide support during go-live to resolve issues.
Document configurations, processes, and implemented solutions.
A team with extensive experience in developing CRM projects within the SAP scope. SAP CRM and C4C, Sales Cloud v2 and Service Cloud v2.
