• University degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Advanced level of English, especially for international projects.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end projects for ONB and/or RCM modules.

• Valuable: Knowledge of other SF modules (Employee Central, LMS, Compensation) or complementary suites (Qualtrics, UKG).

As a SuccessFactors ONB and RCM Consultant, you will be part of the SAP Consulting Unit at SEIDOR.

In this unit, we help organizations in their transformation towards becoming intelligent companies, connecting processes, departments, and functions through integral business management solutions. Additionally, we optimize internal processes and operations, and facilitate decision-making through advanced tools for data acquisition and exploitation.

You will lead implementation projects, and perform the configuration, optimization, and support of SuccessFactors systems.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design customized solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Facilitate discovery workshops and process mapping with Talent Acquisition, HR Ops, and Hiring Managers.

• Configure Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing (desirable), Onboarding 2.0, RBP, Business Rules, Data Models, People Analytics (desirable), and XML templates.

• Design and test integrations with job portals, digital signature systems, background verification solutions, and Core HR (Employee Central, SAP HCM, UKG, etc.)

• Prepare and execute testing cycles (SIT/UAT), develop scripts, manage defects, and coordinate cut-over.

• Create and update functional/technical documentation and training materials for administrators and end users.

• Participate in effort estimations and commercial proposals, providing vision on scope, risks, and work plans.
