Digital Growth Manager

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or similar. A Master's in Digital Marketing, Big Data, or related areas is valued.
• More than 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Growth, Consulting, or Digital Agencies, leading initiatives oriented towards business, growth, and demand generation.
• Solid knowledge of digital strategies and channels, including SEM, SEO, GEO, Paid Media, Retargeting, CRO, and conversion optimization.
• Experience working with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital campaign management and analytics solutions.
• Ability to manage and coordinate digital agencies and specialized providers, guaranteeing quality of execution, achievement of objectives, and optimization of investment.

• Languages: Advanced English

Your main duties will be:

• Define and evolve SEIDOR's Digital Growth strategy, driving initiatives oriented towards demand generation, conversion, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
• Design the digital architecture of campaigns, defining channels, audiences, keywords, content, landings, KPIs, and optimization criteria.
• Lead SEM, SEO, GEO, paid media, retargeting, and web conversion strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
• Transform business briefings into actionable digital plans, aligning commercial objectives and marketing strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and propose actions to optimize investment and opportunity generation.
• Coordinate and supervise the activity of digital agencies, guaranteeing strategic quality, excellence in execution, and budgetary efficiency.
• Collaborate with other business areas to ensure the traceability, measurement, and attribution of digital actions.
• Define standards, playbooks, and digital best practices for Spain and other countries.
