Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Sciences, Economics, or a related field.
Certifications in project management such as PMP (Project Management Professional, Agile)
Advanced level of English, especially for international projects.

As a Technical Project Manager for SAP, you will be part of the SAP Consulting unit at SEIDOR.

In this unit, we help organizations in their transformation towards becoming intelligent companies, connecting processes, departments, and functions through integral business management solutions. Additionally, we optimize internal processes and operations, and facilitate decision-making through advanced tools for data acquisition and exploitation.

What you'll do

You will be the person responsible for leading and managing projects related to the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP solutions.

Lead SAP projects from start to finish, defining the functional strategy, scope, planning, and execution model.
Act as the main interlocutor with clients and business areas, understanding their needs and transforming them into viable and scalable SAP solutions.
Coordinate and supervise functional and technical teams, guaranteeing the correct execution of each project phase.
Design and validate business processes in logistical areas such as Purchasing, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Sales, Distribution, or Production, ensuring the adoption of SAP best practices.
Lead requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and functional solution definition.
Ensure functional consistency between the different SAP modules involved, identifying dependencies and cross-impacts.
Supervise parameterization activities, functional testing, integrations, and go-live, ensuring the quality of deliveries.
Manage risks, deviations, scope changes, and priorities, proposing action and mitigation plans.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process evolution, proposing new functionalities or SAP solutions that add value to the business.
