Our culture is part of our way of working: Creative will save us!, Stay Curious, Surf uncertainty & Enjoy the Team!
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager who wants to be part of the day-to-day of Fail Fast and help us boost the studio's visibility, positioning, and community.
We want a person with experience in digital agencies, creative studios, or digital environments, capable of combining execution and organization with communication judgment, creativity, and brand sensitivity.
Your focus will be on communication campaigns, events, content, and social media, helping us build a coherent brand narrative and amplify everything happening at Fail Fast.
You will work very closely with the management and the Fail Fast team, and in coordination with the SEIDOR Marketing & Communication teams.
At Fail Fast, you will find a creative, collaborative, and constantly evolving environment, with direct participation in events, initiatives, and innovation projects, and the opportunity to work with local and global multidisciplinary teams.
If you like to create, communicate, connect people, and turn what happens inside a creative studio into stories worth telling, we want to meet you.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the communication plan for Fail Fast, in coordination with the studio's management.
- Create and maintain an editorial and campaign calendar, aligning events, special actions, and recurring content.
- Decide how different initiatives coexist in parallel in terms of messaging and timing.
- Manage Fail Fast's social channels (mainly LinkedIn and Instagram).
- Create, adapt, and publish both planned content and instant/reactive content based on the studio's current news.
- Real-time event coverage: creation and editing of stories, reels, spontaneous posts, and live follow-ups.
- Interact with the community, fostering conversations and relationships with diverse profiles within the digital ecosystem.
- Analyze social media metrics, produce quarterly reports, and propose continuous improvements.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events and webinars as the central axis of marketing activity.
- Design and execute communication campaigns around events (before, during, and after).
- Coordinate calls for attendance, materials, posts, informative landings, and associated communications.
- Document learnings and qualitative results from each initiative.
- Create and coordinate original content: posts, copy, visual pieces, stories, reels, etc.
- Adapt existing content (cases, thought leadership, internal initiatives) into communication formats.
- Perform light editing of graphic pieces using Figma and, occasionally, Adobe tools to make social media content adaptations for different campaigns.
- Update website content (events, initiatives, news, cases).
- Maintain the consistency of published information.
- Work closely with the Fail Fast team.
- Coordinate with the SEIDOR Marketing and Communication team when necessary.
Maintain fluid and collaborative communication with all involved parties.
