Preschool Tutor

SEK Education Group is looking to hire an Early Childhood Education Tutor (ages 3-6) to join its educational team in Ciudalcampo, Madrid.

Lead and accompany the integral development of Early Childhood students, creating a safe, affectionate, and stimulating environment that favors their learning, emotional well-being, autonomy, and active participation in classroom life, in close collaboration with families and the educational team.

• Plan, develop, and evaluate the teaching-learning process, adapting it to the characteristics and needs of students aged 3 to 6.

• Design meaningful learning experiences that favor the cognitive, emotional, social, and motor development of the students.

• Perform individualized monitoring of the students, observing and evaluating their evolution and providing the necessary support.

• Progressively foster autonomy, social skills, emotional management, and the active participation of the students.

• Organize and manage the spaces, materials, and resources necessary for the proper development of classroom activities.

• Maintain fluid and close communication with families, sharing relevant information regarding the development and progress of the students.

• Coordinate with other professionals and members of the educational team to guarantee integral and coherent support for the students.

• Participate in team meetings, activities, projects, and other initiatives that form part of the center's life.

• Promote the well-being and integral development of each student, accompanying them through respect, empathy, and individualized attention.

• Degree in Early Childhood Education.

• Previous experience in Early Childhood Education, especially with students aged 3 to 6.

• High level of English (C1).

• Capacity for observation, planning, and evaluation of student progress.

• Capacity to work in a team and coordinate effectively with other professionals.

• Capacity for adaptation and flexibility regarding the different needs of the classroom.

• Commitment to attention to diversity and inclusive education.

• Initiative, responsibility, creativity, and orientation toward the well-being and integral development of the students.

• Experience in bilingual or international educational environments.

• Experience in active methodologies and student-centered approaches.

• Experience in the use of digital educational tools and platforms.

• Contract: Temporary for substitution.

• Working day: Full-time, from 9:00 to 17:00. Two Saturdays per year must be worked.

• Salary: €29,251.33 gross per year + tutoring sessions.

Liderar y acompañar el desarrollo integral de los alumnos de Educación Infantil, creando un entorno seguro, afectivo y estimulante que favorezca su aprendizaje, bienestar emocional, autonomía y participación activa en la vida del aula, en estrecha colaboración con las familias y el equipo educativo.

• Planificar, desarrollar y evaluar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, adaptándolo a las características y necesidades de los alumnos de 3 a 6 años.

• Diseñar experiencias de aprendizaje significativas que favorezcan el desarrollo cognitivo, emocional, social y motor de los alumnos.

• Realizar un seguimiento individualizado del alumnado, observando y evaluando su evolución y proporcionando el acompañamiento necesario.

• Fomentar progresivamente la autonomía, las habilidades sociales, la gestión emocional y la participación activa de los alumnos.

• Organizar y gestionar los espacios, materiales y recursos necesarios para el adecuado desarrollo de las actividades del aula.

• Mantener una comunicación fluida y cercana con las familias, compartiendo información relevante sobre el desarrollo y progreso de los alumnos.

• Coordinarse con otros profesionales y miembros del equipo educativo para garantizar un acompañamiento integral y coherente del alumnado.

• Participar en reuniones de equipo, actividades, proyectos y otras iniciativas que formen parte de la vida del centro.

• Promover el bienestar y desarrollo integral de cada alumno, acompañándolo desde el respeto, la empatía y la atención individualizada.

• Grado en Educación Infantil.

• Experiencia previa en Educación Infantil, especialmente con alumnos de 3 a 6 años.

• Nivel alto de inglés (C1).

• Capacidad de observación, planificación y evaluación del progreso de los alumnos.

• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y coordinarse eficazmente con otros profesionales.

• Capacidad de adaptación y flexibilidad ante las diferentes necesidades del aula.

• Compromiso con la atención a la diversidad y la educación inclusiva.

• Iniciativa, responsabilidad, creatividad y orientación al bienestar y desarrollo integral del alumnado.

• Experiencia en entornos educativos bilingües o internacionales.

• Experiencia en metodologías activas y enfoques centrados en el alumno.

• Experiencia en el uso de herramientas y plataformas digitales educativas.

• Contrato: Temporal por sustitución.

• Jornada: Completa, de 9:00 a 17:00. Se deben trabajar dos sábados al año.

• Salario: 29.251,33 € brutos anuales + tutorías.
