What we're looking for
👤 What do we expect from you?
Compulsory Education or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service in restaurants, bars, or food and beverage services (preferably in hotels).
Certification in Food Handling and HACCP, in-person Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), and training in allergen management and food safety.
Knowledge of basic Office software and WinHotel.
English level A2 (other languages such as French or German are valued).
Vocation for service, attention to detail, resilience, and capacity for planning and organization.

The role
Are you passionate about the hotel and catering sector? At Senator Hotels & Resorts we are looking for a Waiter/Waitress for our establishment Senator Barajas Hotel, located in Alameda de Osuna (Madrid).
What you'll do
🍽️ What will your day-to-day consist of?
Prepare the work areas for service.
Directly attending to customers regarding food and beverage consumption.
Preparing simple dishes or meals for consumption.
Transporting utensils and equipment necessary for service.
Controlling and checking merchandise and usage objectives of the selection.
Collaborating with the restaurant/bar manager in the preparation and development of special events.
Coordinating and supervising the duties specific to the area.
Informing and advising customers about the composition and preparation of the available products.
Handling customer complaints.
Invoicing and processing payments from the customer.
Ensuring the care of the chain's image and values in all actions carried out.
