What you'll do

📆 What will your day-to-day consist of?

Perform the welcome, attention, and personalized assistance to guests throughout their stay, providing information about the hotel services and the surroundings.
Manage and record operational information in internal systems, ensuring effective follow-up and support to other departments.
Inform and manage the booking of complementary services and activities to improve the customer experience.
Administer reservations, check-in, and check-out, ensuring the correct update of the establishment's occupancy status.
Attend to, manage, and follow up on requests, incidents, and complaints according to the chain's protocols, guaranteeing a correct resolution.
Issue billing and manage payments for services rendered in accordance with authorized rates and payment methods.
