The role
At Senator Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for professionals with potential to become part of our Management Development Program. We firmly believe that people are the engine of our success and, therefore, we have created this program to identify, develop, and enhance the talent of future leaders in the hotel sector.
What you'll do
This Program is a fully practical and experiential professional development journey. Throughout a period of between 2 and 3 years, you will get first-hand knowledge of the different areas that make up hotel management, progressively developing the skills and competencies necessary to evolve into management positions.
📍 What will your experience be like?
You will know the hotel from the inside: you will rotate through the main departments of our establishments to acquire a global vision of the operation and understand how a hotel works as a whole.
You will discover the strategic business vision: you will complete your training at our Management Headquarters, getting to know closely the administrative and strategic areas involved in the company's management.
You will have the support and mentoring of hotel directors, who will accompany you in your development, share their experience, and help you progressively take on greater responsibilities.
You will make the leap to Assistant Management: after completing the different stages of the program, you will be able to consolidate your development in an Assistant Manager position, acquiring the competencies and experience necessary to continue your career path towards Hotel Management.
