SENER Aerospace & Defense is looking to hire a Systems Integration & Test Campaign Coordinator to join our team in Tres Cantos (Madrid).
At SENER, we develop cutting-edge technologies for the aerospace and defense sectors, taking part in highly innovative programs involving autonomous systems and complex platforms. We are looking for an engineer with a global vision of systems, capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and leading integration, validation, and test campaign preparation from the early development phases through to demonstration in operational environments.
Lead the integration and validation of complex systems onboard terrestrial and aerial autonomous platforms (UGV/UAV).
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Systems Engineering, Software, Electronics, Mechanics, Communications, and Control, ensuring the correct integration of the various subsystems.
Define, plan, and coordinate integration, verification, and validation activities throughout the development cycle.
Plan and coordinate integration and test campaigns, from laboratory activities to field demonstrations.
Ensure the operational readiness of campaigns by coordinating technical resources, personnel, logistics, documentation, and necessary materials for execution.
Coordinate activities with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, test centers, airfields, military installations, and competent authorities.
Oversee the execution of test and technology demonstration campaigns, managing incidents and ensuring compliance with technical and scheduling objectives.
Coordinate the integration of onboard systems, communications, navigation, sensors, avionics, control stations, and other critical subsystems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration, validation, and operation processes.
