Process and Quality Manager - Digital Transformation

We are looking for a senior profile with a solid track record in complex corporate environments, combining strategic vision, leadership ability, and a focus on continuous improvement.

• University degree in Engineering (Industrial Organization, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or other related specialties).

• At least 8-10 years of experience in roles linked to process improvement, operational transformation, quality, or organizational efficiency.

• Proven experience leading digital transformation projects with direct impact on business processes.

• Extensive experience in process redesign and optimization, with a focus on efficiency and simplification.

• Experience in team management, leading multidisciplinary profiles and coordinating technical and functional capabilities.

• Exposure to artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, or automation initiatives applied to business.

• Valuable aspects:

  • training in quality management (ISO, EFQM, or other excellence models).

At Sener we are looking to bring on board a Process and Quality Area Manager to lead the evolution of the organization's process and quality model, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance, while driving simplification, efficiency, and digital transformation.

The person joining will play a key role in the transformation of the way the company works, reducing friction and administrative burden, and turning processes into a real lever for efficiency, scalability, and value creation. Likewise, they will integrate quality within a modern, agile, and business-oriented vision, promoting the practical use of artificial intelligence in day-to-day operations, with tangible impact on results.

The mission will be to lead a business-oriented, efficient, and digital process and quality model, capable of evolving with the organization and generating real impact on the way it operates, incorporating new technologies and artificial intelligence as accelerators of change.

• Lead the organization's quality system, ensuring regulatory compliance and the attainment/maintenance of certifications.

• Redesign, optimize, and standardize business processes, with a focus on efficiency, simplification, and friction reduction.

• Drive the digitalization and automation of operations, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Identify, design, and implement artificial intelligence use cases applied to processes and operational efficiency.

• Define and consolidate a process governance model aligned with the corporate strategy.

• Lead, develop, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team (quality, processes, and AI initiatives).
