We're looking for a Senior Product Builder who wants to own product problems, not just engineering tasks.
You'll work across the full lifecycle of B2B initiatives:
This is not a frontend or backend-specific role. Our main stack is Ruby on Rails and React, but we care more about strong engineering fundamentals, product judgment and the ability to work across the stack when needed.
You won't receive a perfectly specified backlog. You'll be expected to help create the work: understand merchants and the business, challenge assumptions, work through ambiguity and decide with the team what is worth building.
Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem understanding to outcome validation.
Act as Champion for initiatives: gather context, define hypotheses and success criteria, shape the work and drive it forward.
Work directly with merchants, business stakeholders, Product Design and other engineering teams when needed.
Build and operate production software across backend and frontend.
Make pragmatic product and technical decisions with incomplete information.
Use data, feedback and experiments to decide whether to iterate, change direction or stop.
Contribute to evolving Merchant Portal into a platform other B2B teams can build on.
Use AI throughout your workflow, including exploration, implementation, testing, debugging and learning unfamiliar systems.
Learn the B2B domain, Merchant Portal, codebase and current initiatives. Shadow a Champion, meet key stakeholders and start contributing.
Own a small initiative with support from the team, from understanding the problem to shipping it.
Act as Champion for an initiative: frame the problem, define the hypothesis and success criteria, ship a solution and check the outcome.

SeQura is a Barcelona-based fintech company that provides flexible, buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) payment solutions for online and in-store retailers. Founded in 2013, the company has grown to become a significant player in the European fintech space, processing millions of transactions and partnering with thousands of merchants across Spain, Italy, and Latin America. SeQura's platform allows consumers to split purchases into interest-free installments, while offering merchants tools to increase conversion and manage risk.
SeQura is headquartered in Barcelona, where its main operations and product development teams are based. The company has expanded its presence to other European markets, including Italy and Portugal, and continues to grow its team in Spain. SeQura's work culture is characterized by a data-driven, collaborative environment, with a strong emphasis on innovation and technology. For international professionals, SeQura offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing fintech in one of Europe's most attractive tech hubs, with a diverse and multicultural team.
seQura provides innovative, flexible and easy-to-use payment technologies that help merchants acquire, convert and retain more customers.
We make a difference in sales performance by tailoring our solutions to different sectors, to address their unique pain points and deliver superior results in Retail, Education, Eyewear, Repairs and Travel.
We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months.
Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR.
Over 6000 businesses, almost 3 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there, with an NPS of 87%, a Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5, and a Glassdoor rating of 4.1/5.
We build the B2B product experiences that help merchants manage and grow their business with seQura.
The team owns merchant-facing products and the platform behind them, including order management, analytics, self-service capabilities, growth initiatives and platform features used by other B2B teams.
We are a small team of senior Product Engineers and a Product Designer, with no dedicated Product Manager by design.
Engineers are expected to contribute beyond implementation: understanding problems, shaping opportunities, making product and technical decisions, shipping solutions and checking their outcomes.
Initiatives are led by engineers who take ownership of a problem, gather context, define the hypothesis and success criteria, shape the work, drive delivery and follow up after launch.
AI-assisted development is part of our daily workflow. As implementation gets faster, we expect engineers to spend more of their judgment on what to build, why it matters and what we learn from it.
