We are looking for a Mass Catering Cook to join our center in Valladolid. The person hired will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. 

What you'll do

  • Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, implement good practices. 

  • Prepare adapted menus and diets. 

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. 

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record. 

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials and tools. 

How you'll work

  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
  • Rotating morning or afternoon shifts, no split shifts, with their corresponding breaks.
