The role
We are looking for a Cook for collective catering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of meals, guaranteeing quality and food safety at all times.
We are looking for a cook profile, with a great collaborative attitude and adaptation to the weekly needs of the center.
What you'll do
Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, implement good practices.
Prepare adapted menus and diets.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
Supervise the inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials and tools.
How you'll work
- Work would be carried out in weekly shifts: 1 week of mornings, 1 week of afternoons.
- Permanent contract, 40 hours per week.
