What we're looking for
A current negative sexual offenses certificate is essential (legal requirement for working with minors).
We positively value having at least 1 year of specific experience as a School Lunchroom Monitor or in activities with children with disabilities.

Pay & benefits
What you'll get
7.5 hours per week – 1.5 hours per day.
Schedule: from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

The role

We are looking for a School Lunchroom Monitor for a special education school. The person hired will be responsible for attending to children during mealtimes and accompanying them in various activities.
What you'll do
Supervise children during lunchtime, promoting proper behavior and eating habits.
Organize children during lunchtime, help them eat, and ensure they eat properly, as well as carry out an educational and recreational role with the children.
Collect children and accompany them during the different organized activities and outings, and take responsibility for them during lunchtime or recess.
Carry out the scheduled activities and meet the established objectives, encouraging children's participation.
Lead and monitor the assigned group of students.
Serve as a direct role model for these students.
Attend regular meetings with the team and the coordinator.
Perform cleaning tasks and maintain the suitability of the workplace.
