We are looking for a Group Supervisor to join our Social Healthcare division in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising different Socio-Healthcare centers, ensuring the optimal management of each center and communication with the client. 

Your role as a Socio-Healthcare Center Supervisor will involve the following functions:

• Lead the management of assigned centers: hospitals and residences, ensuring efficient operation and achieving established objectives, reporting directly to the Area Manager.

• Effectively motivate and supervise the work teams under your supervision, fostering an environment of collaboration and high performance.

• Establish and maintain close communication with clients, adopting a proactive approach and anticipating their needs, in order to provide them with exceptional service.

• Meet assigned objectives, both in terms of results and quality, following company standards and the internal procedures of the client company.

• Training in cooking and gastronomy, nutrition and dietetics, or similar.

• Mobility to visit our centers and skills in personnel cost optimization. 

• An operational profile focused on efficiency and excellence in the gastronomic offering and service level.

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience managing a group of collective catering centers (school cafeterias, residences, etc.)

• Knowledge and handling of food safety protocols, HACCP, product control, budgets, P&L statements, etc.

• Experience in team management.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with both clients and the different site managers and staff under your responsibility.
• Driver's license.
