Insolvency Lawyer (Unsecured Debt)

• Bachelor's degree or Degree in Law.
• Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession and professional registration as a practicing lawyer.
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in the judicial and amicable recovery of debts.
• Demonstrable experience in managing high volumes of files.
• Solid knowledge of Civil Procedural Law and Insolvency Law.
• Profile focused on achieving results, with strong communication, negotiation, and argumentation skills.

• Ensure the comprehensive management of a portfolio of debtor files focused on the extrajudicial and judicial recovery of debt, complying with company procedures.
• Apply practical knowledge in Insolvency management and the Second Chance Law from the perspective of the creditor party.
• Provide solid legal knowledge in banking contracting, enforcement of judicial and non-judicial titles, as well as declaratory and monitorio processes.
• Use your negotiation capacity as a fundamental tool, both for the extrajudicial resolution of debts and for direct communication with the parties involved in judicial processes.
