The role

We are looking for a Site Manager (m/f) to join our offices in Madrid immediately, to manage comprehensive renovation, rehabilitation, and reconstruction works on homes.

What you'll do

The person joining as Site Manager (m/f) will be responsible for the following duties:

Comprehensive management of repair, rehabilitation, and reconstruction works resulting from insurance claims (fire, flooding, and other property damage).
Simultaneous coordination of approximately 8 worksites in different locations across the country.
Planning and monitoring of works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
Organization and coordination of all trades involved in each project: masonry, painting, installations, carpentry, lacquering, and finishing.
Sourcing, negotiation, and management of suppliers and subcontractors.
Carrying out regular site visits and supervising the correct execution of the works.
Document management, preparation of reports, and monitoring and control of incidents.
Basic financial control of projects and monitoring of budgets.
Availability for travel nationwide, with regular return home on weekends.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The person joining as Site Manager (m/f) must meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in managing renovation, rehabilitation, maintenance, or construction works.
Organized, proactive profile, accustomed to working in dynamic environments and handling simultaneous projects.
Technical knowledge of construction and installations.
A technical degree is not essential; practical on-site experience and management skills are highly valued.
Good command of computer tools and ability to carry out documentary monitoring of projects.
Negotiation skills and ability to coordinate teams and suppliers.
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a highly demanding environment.
Availability for regular travel within Spain.
Driving license B.
