Sobre el Puesto

We are currently managing strategic positions to independently lead two large-scale projects in the capital:

• Premium Residential Project: Exclusive promotion of luxury homes located in one of Madrid's most sought-after areas.
• High-End Hotel Project: Construction and fit-out of a luxury hotel situated in the heart of the city.

Position Mission: We are looking for technical professionals (Site Managers, Architects or Technical Architects / Building Engineers) who want to take on the technical, financial, and operational leadership of the project, ensuring compliance with execution standards, schedules, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and Control: Lead the day-to-day execution of the project (luxury homes or hotel), coordinating in-house teams and subcontractors involved.
• Planning and Scheduling: Manage construction timelines, monitor the project schedule, and ensure key milestones are met.
• Cost Control: Manage budgets, optimize costs, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare monthly progress certificates.
• Technical Supervision and Quality: Ensure strict compliance with the technical project specifications, paying special attention to detail in finishes, materials, and bespoke installations typical of the luxury sector.
• Health and Safety: Ensure the implementation of and compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site.

• Academic Background: Degree in Technical Architecture, Surveying, Building Engineering, or Higher Architecture.
• Minimum Experience: At least 2–5 years of experience working as a Site Manager or Execution Manager in building projects (residential, commercial, etc.).
• Location: Residency in Madrid or availability to work on-site in central Madrid / the metropolitan area.

• Experience in the sector: Previous involvement in luxury residential projects or the hospitality sector (hotels) will be considered a significant plus, although it is not an exclusionary requirement if you bring solid experience in general construction.
• Technical orientation or sensitivity towards high-level detail in finishes, complex installations, and premium materials.
• Proficiency in sector-specific software: Presto, AutoCAD, and/or BIM environments (Revit).
• A reliable network of subcontractors and suppliers in the Community of Madrid.
