Vocational Training Auditor/Evaluator

For this position, it is necessary to meet 3 requirements:

1-Intermediate or higher university degree, preferably in pedagogy or psychology

2-Accreditable teaching competence with: Proven teaching experience of at least 600 hours in the last 10 years in vocational training in the labor field or the educational system. Or training in didactic methodology or teaching accredited through one of the following means: Pedagogical Aptitude Certificate**; Professional Title of Didactic Specialization; Pedagogical Qualification Certificate; University Master's degree enabling the exercise of Professor of Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Official Language Schools**; Occupational Trainer Professional Certificate or Vocational Training for Employment Teaching Professional Certificate

3-At least 2 years of experience as an auditor/evaluator of vocational training for employment.

3-At least 2 years of experience as an auditor/evaluator of vocational training for employment.

We are currently selecting an Evaluation Technician with a vocation for training quality, detail, and continuous improvement. A person who understands training as a vehicle to transform, accompany, and guarantee that every training action meets the standards deserved by the students, the teachers, and the system itself, regarding the training actions and programs managed by the General Directorate of Vocational Training for Employment of Castilla-La Mancha.

- Preparation and management of documents for the monitoring and quality evaluation in Vocational Training Entities

- Telephone monitoring of training actions (in-person and non-in-person training actions)

- Handling and recording of data in the FOCO application and other platforms such as Excel, Access, etc.

- Technical support for the competency accreditation procedure.

- Technical assessment of requests for Vocational Training actions in the Labor Field.

- Issuance of activity and results reports.

- Support in all administrative tasks that arise within the provincial team.
