What you'll do

You will be part of a team specialized in recent debt management. Your objective will be to contact customers with pending payments, listen to their situation, and seek the best alternative to regularize their debt.

  • Negotiation of payment agreements within established procedures.
  • Closing agreements during the call itself, via online payment or transfer.
