The role

Job Description: Warehouse Worker

You will be part of Silbon's logistics team, supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our internal processes.

What you'll do

Assembly, disassembly, and internal transport of structures, materials, and equipment in logistics spaces.
Support for the production and operations team in coordinating and handling merchandise and internal events.
Handling, organizing, and controlling stock.
Preparing orders and arranging materials according to established protocols.
Receiving, labeling, and placing merchandise.
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.

How you'll work

Contract and working hours: total transparency

We want to be honest with you from the very first moment, because we believe that is how trust is built.

Your base contract is for 30 hours per week - a schedule that during the months of lower activity gives you margin to organize, rest, and enjoy your life outside of the store.

But Silbon is a living brand, with real seasons. During the other half of the year - sales, launch campaigns, store openings, sales peaks - your schedule may reach full-time hours. That means more presence, more team, and also more compensation.
