You will be a key piece in the growth and development of our Orange Team in Spain, working to design training experiences that make a difference

YOURS TO OWN

You will plan training and development programs together with the Learning & Development team, tailored to the real needs of the business
You will evaluate and monitor team performance in coordination with your Manager and the Operations area
You will implement improvements to existing training plans and introduce new tools and innovative methodologies
You will collaborate with Operations managers to align the training strategy with the objectives of each area
You will deliver online and in-person training focused on onboarding and professional development at various locations across Spain

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Training Experience You have experience as a team trainer and know how to connect with different profiles. Studies in Pedagogy, Psychology and/or Coaching will be valued
Languages You express yourself with clarity, conviction, and warmth — both in Spanish and English fluently
Autonomy and Planning You feel comfortable working with high levels of planning, anticipating needs, and you are results-oriented
Team Spirit You enjoy collaborating on national and international projects and you know that the best results are built together
Proactive and Motivating Attitude You are enthusiastic and you like to motivate teams to bring out the best in themselves
Flexibility and Mobility You have availability to travel and a valid driver's license
