Senior Construction Manager

• Minimum experience: 10 years as a Site Manager in residential or industrial building projects within Spanish territory.
• Education: Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Public Works (or equivalent).
• Driver's license and availability to travel around Barcelona and the surrounding areas.

• Valuable knowledge:
• Planning methodologies such as Last Planner System (LPS).
• Handling of BIM tools.
• Certifications in sustainability (LEED, BREEAM, etc.).

• Strategic planning of the project, analyzing economic and temporal aspects to define resources and strategies.
• Coordination and leadership of the site team (production managers, foremen, supervisors, operators, and subcontractors).
• Selection and management of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Supervision of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environment.
• Economic control of the works and cost monitoring, optimizing resources.
• Agile resolution of incidents and compliance with project deadlines.
