About the role

Are you interested in leading on-site teams and ensuring projects are executed with quality, safety, and momentum? At RDT, we are looking for a Site Manager to coordinate and supervise the full execution of work on construction, industrial, EPC, and infrastructure projects, acting as the technical reference on site and working hand-in-hand with subcontractors, suppliers, engineering, and project management.

What you'll do

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all daily activities on site.

  • Organize work, control the execution sequence, and manage resources, materials, and overall logistics.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

  • Verify that work is carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, regulations, and contractual requirements.

  • Monitor progress against the schedule and identify deviations, proposing corrective actions.

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports, site minutes, progress reports, and project documentation.

  • Coordinate teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and schedule compliance.

  • Participate in meetings with the client, construction management, engineering, and project management.

  • Represent the company on site for any technical or operational matter.

  • Carry out measurements and certifications, and support the economic control of the project.

  • Manage purchase orders, supplies, and material reception.

  • Control project documentation: permits, quality records, HSE documentation, and project close-out.
