• Students in their final years or recent graduates in areas such as Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Law, or related studies.
• Possibility of establishing an internship agreement with the university.
• Motivation, initiative, and a desire to learn about the insurance sector.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability for in-person internships in Madrid.

• Intermediate/high level of English.
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

🔎 What will you do in Claims and Recoveries?

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to get to know the management of recoveries closely and participate, alongside the team, in tasks such as:

• Providing support in the analysis and management of amicable recovery files.
• Collaborating in the negotiation of payment plans with debtors.
• Supporting the management of recovery agreements and conventions with clients.
• Analyzing debtors' financial statements.
• Maintaining fluid communication with policyholders to inform them about the status of their files and any relevant facts during their management.
• Supporting the preparation of files that proceed to legal action, collecting and facilitating the necessary information for subsequent management by lawyers.
• Participating in the Solunion First Steps training, which will allow you to learn about our business model, the different areas of the company, and the main processes related to insurance activity and credit risk management.
