IT Consultant

• University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent).
• More than 5 years of experience in consulting, solution implementation, or similar roles.
• Experience in:
  • Incident resolution and user support.
  • Preparation of functional documentation and manuals.
  • Training and client accompaniment.
  • Project management and stakeholder communication.
  • Implementation of methodologies or information systems.
• Communication skills, empathy, and change management.
• High level of spoken and written Catalan.
• Availability to travel within the province of Barcelona.

• Specific training (minimum 40 hours) in:
  • Data Governance.
  • DAMA Methodology.
  • Data modeling.
  • Glossaries, metadata, and data inventories.
  • ISO standards related to Data Governance.
  • Alarcos Model.
• DAMA certifications or equivalents.
• Experience in Public Administration projects.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and digital services.

We are looking to bring on board a Business Consultant for a strategic project with Public Administration bodies, participating in initiatives focused on implementing methodologies, digital services, artificial intelligence and data governance in local government entities.

What will your mission be?

Accompany city councils and local organizations in the adoption and implementation of methodologies and technological solutions, acting as a reference interlocutor between the different agents involved and facilitating the digital transformation of organizations.

Duties

• Support and assistance to local entities in digital transformation projects.
• Resolution of functional incidents and user inquiries.
• Preparation of functional documentation, procedures, and user manuals.
• Participation in the planning and deployment of methodologies and information systems.
• Conducting training, accompaniment, and capacity-building sessions.
• Fieldwork in city councils and public organizations in the province of Barcelona.
• Identification of needs, obstacles, and opportunities for improvement in adoption processes.
• Coordination with clients, functional managers, and project teams.
• Participation in initiatives related to digital services, artificial intelligence, and data orientation.
