Electrical Functional Support Engineer with advanced English

We are looking to bring on board 2 Electrical Functional Support Engineer profiles with advanced English for a stable project in the aerospace sector.

Experience in functional support to users, technical writing skills, C1 English level and a focus on incident resolution are required. Experience in engineering environments, PLM and knowledge of the SEE Electrical suite (IGE+XAO) will be especially valued.

Aerospace and Transportation

• Ability to quickly understand technical tools and their functional use
• Previous experience in user support (technical helpdesk or functional support)
• Excellent technical writing skills (procedures, guides, training material)
• Proficiency in Office tools and email communication
• English level sufficient for written communication in an international environment

Buscamos incorporar 2 perfiles de Ingeniero/a de Soporte Funcional Eléctrico con inglés alto para un proyecto estable en el sector aeronáutico.

Se debe tener experiencia en soporte funcional a usuarios, capacidad de redacción técnica, nivel de inglés C1 y orientación a la resolución de incidencias. Se valorará especialmente experiencia en entornos de ingeniería, PLM y conocimientos de la suite SEE Electrical (IGE+XAO).

Aeroespacial y Transporte

• Capacidad para comprender rápidamente herramientas técnicas y su uso funcional
• Experiencia previa en soporte a usuarios (helpdesk técnico o soporte funcional)
• Excelente capacidad de redacción técnica (procedimientos, guías, material formativo)
• Manejo de herramientas Office y comunicación por correo electrónico
• Nivel de inglés suficiente para comunicación escrita en entorno internacional
• Orientación a servicio y soporte al usuario
• Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas complejos
