About the role

We are looking for a profile with experience in Senior Cybersecurity Consulting and Project Management specialized in the ENS with demonstrable experience in projects for the adaptation, implementation, and certification of the National Security Framework (ENS) in public administration environments or highly regulated sectors. A high level of English and Catalan is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and security governance projects.
  • Experience leading projects for adaptation to the ENS and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Participation in security certification and audit projects.

Regulatory Compliance and Risks
Implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
Experience with ENS, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, GDPR/LOPDGDD and CCN-CERT standards.
Conducting security audits (ENS, ISO 27001 or similar).
Performing risk analysis and management using CCN-CERT, MAGERIT, ISO 27005 methodologies or equivalents.
Development and monitoring of risk treatment plans.
Governance and Management
Definition and implementation of metrics, KPIs and dashboards.
Production of executive, operational and follow-up reports.
Management and follow-up of cybersecurity action plans.
Administrative and documentary support in committees and follow-up meetings.

Technology and Tools
Experience with Microsoft 365 platforms:
SharePoint Online.
Power Automate.
Power BI.
Document management and workflow automation.
Development of dashboards and reports to track key indicators.

Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Computing, or equivalent.
Current certification:
ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or
ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor.
