The role

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant and Project Manager profile specialized in the ENS with demonstrable experience in projects for the adaptation, implementation, and certification of the National Security Framework (ENS) in public administration environments or highly regulated sectors. A high level of English and Catalan is required.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and security governance projects.
Experience leading ENS adaptation projects and other regulatory frameworks.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.
Participation in security certification and auditing projects.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk
Implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
Experience with ENS, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, GDPR/LOPDGDD, and CCN-CERT standards.
Conducting security audits (ENS, ISO 27001, or similar).
Performing risk analysis and management using CCN-CERT, MAGERIT, ISO 27005, or equivalent methodologies.
Developing and monitoring risk treatment plans.
Governance and Management
Defining and implementing metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
Preparing executive, operational, and monitoring reports.
Managing and tracking cybersecurity action plans.
Providing administrative and documentation support for committees and follow-up meetings.

Technology and Tools
Experience with Microsoft 365 platforms:
SharePoint Online.

Power BI.
Document management and workflow automation.
