Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.
At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial sector projects.
Solid knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, including functional, automated, and regression testing.
Experience managing projects under Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Zephyr or equivalent.
Experience with CI/CD development cycles and QA integration into pipelines.
Analytical skills, leadership, effective communication, and results orientation.
Desirable: PMP, PMI-ACP, ISTQB certifications or similar.

The role

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager QA to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager QA, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing quality assurance projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet our clients' expectations.

Coordinate and lead the QA-focused project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
Define and manage functional and non-functional test plans in collaboration with development and QA teams.
Oversee the correct implementation of defined quality standards.
Ensure traceability of requirements from definition to validation.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to product quality.
Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, specifications, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (business, IT, security, compliance) and external ones (suppliers, developers).
Prepare executive reports on project progress and quality status.
Promote continuous improvement practices in QA processes within the Agile/DevOps cycle.
