About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager QA to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager QA, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing quality assurance projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet our clients' expectations.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and lead the QA-focused project lifecycle from planning to delivery.

  • Define and manage functional and non-functional test plans in collaboration with development and QA teams.

  • Oversee the correct implementation of defined quality standards.

  • Ensure traceability of requirements from definition to validation.

  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to product quality.

  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, specifications, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (business, IT, security, compliance) and external ones (suppliers, developers).

  • Prepare executive reports on project progress and quality status.

  • Promote continuous improvement practices in QA processes within the Agile/DevOps cycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.

  • At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial sector projects.

  • Solid knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, including functional, automated, and regression testing.

  • Experience managing projects under Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.

  • Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Zephyr or equivalent.

  • Experience with CI/CD development cycles and QA integration into pipelines.

  • Analytical skills, leadership, effective communication, and results orientation.

  • Desirable: PMP, PMI-ACP, ISTQB certifications or similar.
