Requirements

Education: Higher vocational training degree or Engineering in the computer science area or a related field.
More than 5 years of experience in project management, PMO, portfolio management, and resource planning in complex corporate environments.
Proficiency in Predictive, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies, applied to technological and transformation initiatives.
Solid knowledge in Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Capacity Planning.
Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, Project for the Web, Planner Premium, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent project and portfolio management solutions.
Ability to define and monitor management indicators, prepare dashboards, and perform advanced analysis using Power BI, Power Platform, and Excel.
Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and optimizing team allocation based on business priorities and demand.
Languages: Advanced level of English.

The role

As Project Portfolio & Resource Manager, you will be part of the Corporate IT, Transformation and Governance area, playing a key role in the management and evolution of the company's strategic project portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient planning of initiatives and resources, providing visibility into business priorities and contributing to the correct execution of projects, collaborating closely with Technology, Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Business teams.

What you'll do

Your main duties will be:

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives, deadlines, budget, and quality.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, providers, and different business areas, acting as a point of connection between the various parties involved.
Manage the project portfolio, providing a global view of the status of initiatives and facilitating decision-making.
Plan and optimize resource allocation, guaranteeing an adequate balance between capacity, demand, and corporate priorities.
Define, implement, and evolve project management methodologies, standards, and tools, driving best practices within the organization.
Prepare dashboards, indicators, and executive reports on projects, team capacity, and portfolio evolution.
Drive the continuous improvement of management processes, contributing to the development of the PMO and ensuring the alignment of initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.
