About the role

As part of the Logistics Office area, your mission as a Trainee will be to learn and provide support in managing the registration in the ERP of incoming goods at the logistics center, collaborating in special operations for the entry and exit of goods from the system.

What you'll do

  • Goods registration in ERP: Collaboration in the advance registration of incoming goods, identifying information discrepancies with suppliers and ensuring their correct transfer to the WMS.
  • e-Commerce issues: Support in resolving issues with online orders (refunds, merchandise transfers, and stock discrepancies).
  • Transport management: Assistance with web shipment transport issues and generation of associated invoicing.
  • Special operations: Participation and monitoring of processes such as Wholesale, coordinated orders, and customs warehouse entries/exits.

What we're looking for

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Higher Level Training in Logistics, or similar degrees (ability to sign an internship agreement is essential).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace.
  • English level B2 or above.
  • Proactivity, analytical skills, and a desire to develop in the logistics sector.
