For the multidisciplinary team of the EDI integration project (Electronic Data Interchange), we are looking to bring in a student or recent graduate as an EDI Operations Trainee. Your mission will be to provide support in the daily management of the data flow with our suppliers, ensuring the correct transmission of commercial information and collaborating in the optimization of our operational processes.

What you'll do

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

  • Support in monitoring the EDI flow: You will learn to review daily the sending and receiving of messages with suppliers (catalog, orders, delivery notes, and invoices).

  • Management and follow-up of incidents: You will provide support in detecting, tracking, and resolving communication errors with suppliers.

  • Support in supplier onboarding: You will collaborate in the integration of new suppliers (testing in the test environment, training, and transition to production).

  • Operational registration and control: You will provide support in the daily updating of system records.

  • Improvement proposals: You will participate in identifying opportunities to optimize the area's processes.
