  • Support in generating monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports on compensation and other operational indicators.
  • Support in analyzing different KPIs and business metrics, collaborating on generating ad hoc reports for different areas of the group.
  • Collaborate in preparing the annual compensation budget for the ISRG group.
  • Learn to identify deviations and support the implementation of specific corrective measures.
  • Collaborate in generating different databases for various HR processes.
  • Collaborate in managing HR Analytics projects with suppliers.
  • Support in analyzing, interpreting, and cross-referencing HR data with business data: mean differences, correlations, regressions, etc.
