To do so, we have designed a training pathway in which you will be assigned a tutor/mentor who will ensure the quality of your training, making sure you make the most of your experience.

For our People department, we are looking to bring on board a student or recent graduate as a Rewards Trainee. Your mission will be to provide support in data analysis and in generating reports at different levels about the group's employees, learning to identify trends and patterns that help us predict and optimize processes across the entire People department.

• Support in generating monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports on compensation and other operational indicators.
• Support in analyzing different KPIs and business metrics, collaborating on the generation of ad hoc reports for different areas of the group.
• Collaborate in preparing the annual compensation budget for the ISRG group.
• Learn to identify deviations and support the implementation of specific corrective measures.
• Collaborate in generating different databases for various HR processes.
• Collaborate in managing HR Analytics projects with suppliers.
• Support in the analysis, interpretation and cross-referencing of HR data with business data: mean differences, correlations, regressions, etc.

• Working hours: 30 hours per week (from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) and moving to full-time (39 hours per week) with flexible hours during the month of September.

• Undergraduate students in Labor Relations, HR, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science or similar.
• English level: Minimum B2 (we do not require official certification).
• It is essential to be able to enter into an internship agreement with your university/school.

Para ello, hemos diseñado un itinerario formativo en el que te asignaremos un/a tutor/a que garantizará la calidad de tu formación, asegurándose de que aproveches al máximo tu experiencia

Para nuestro departamento de People, buscamos incorporar un/a estudiante o recién graduado/a como Rewards Trainee. Tu misión será dar soporte en el análisis de datos y en la generación de reportes a diferentes niveles sobre los empleados/as del grupo, aprendiendo a identificar tendencias y patrones que nos ayuden a predecir y optimizar los procesos de todo el departamento de People.

• Apoyo en la generación de reportes mensuales, trimestrales, semestrales y anuales, de remuneraciones y otros indicadores operativos.
• Soporte en el análisis de diferentes KPIs y métricas de negocio, colaborando en la generación de reportes ad hoc para diferentes áreas del grupo.
• Colaborar en la preparación del presupuesto anual de remuneraciones del grupo ISRG.
• Aprender a identificar las desviaciones y apoyar en la aplicación de medidas correctivas concretas.
• Colaborar en la generación de diferentes BBDD para diferentes procesos de RRHH.
• Colaborar en la gestión de proyectos de HR Analytics con proveedores.
• Apoyo en el análisis, interpretación y cruce de datos de RRHH con datos de negocio: diferencias de medias, correlaciones, regresiones, etc.

• Jornada: 30 horas semanales (de 8:00 a 14:00h) y paso a jornada completa (39h semanales) con horario flexible durante el mes de septiembre.
