About the role

Description:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will provide support in the planning, production, and execution of campaigns and materials for the various points of sale. You will work closely with internal multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers to ensure that graphic productions, POS elements, and commercial architecture projects are executed on time, in the right manner, and within budget, guaranteeing in-store impact.

  • Production management and monitoring: Oversee that graphic productions and POS supports are ready on time and in the right manner to ensure the correct implementation of campaigns in store.

  • Commercial architecture and openings: Coordinate and implement permanent materials and visual elements for new openings, remodels, and point-of-sale events.

  • Incident control and continuous improvement: Follow up on in-store implementations, resolve operational incidents, and identify improvement opportunities to optimize the efficiency of production and assembly processes.

  • Order and budget management: Approve and manage store orders, supporting the management of logistics, deliveries, costs, and suppliers.

  • Inventory management: Keep inventories of supports, advertising materials, and POS updated.

  • Coordination and relationships: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Stores), agencies, and external suppliers (printing, carpentry, signage, etc.).

  • Academic background: Degree in Industrial Design, Product Development Engineering, Interior / Ephemeral Design, or similar technical qualification (Additional training in Marketing/Retail is valued).

  • Hard Skills:

    • Materials and commercial architecture: Knowledge of permanent materials (wood, metal, acrylic, etc.) and commercial architecture supports for store openings and renovations.

    • Printing and graphic production processes: Technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and printing techniques for campaigns and retail graphics.

    • Supplier, cost, and time management: Experience in negotiation, tracking delivery times, budget control, and managing technical/printing suppliers.

    • Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in similar roles related to Retail production, POS, or point-of-sale implementation.

    • Languages: English at a minimum B2 level. (Portuguese is valued).
