The role
As part of the Expansion department, your mission will be the management of contracts and databases for all premises of the ISRG group stores.
What you'll do
- Register, update, and control contractual information through IFRS and Lucernex
- Monitor and update rent invoicing, indexations, etc.

- Provide direct support to department managers through reports

- Monitorizar y actualizar facturación de los alquileres, indexaciones, etc
- Elaborar y enviar distintos informes para el director del dpto. con información contractual
- Dar soporte directo a los responsables del dpto. mediante informes
- Monitoreo de hitos relevantes: Control y actualización de las posibles opciones de salida contractuales, condiciones suspensivas, reformas, etc
- Control y registro de la evolución de aperturas/cierres/reformas de las tiendas
- Comunicación continua con otros dptos. de la empresa para la obtención de datos
- Soporte al dpto. contable/financiero sobre información contractual
- Proveer información al equipo de auditoría interno y externo a través de evidencias, resolución de dudas e informes
- Clasificación y archivo de documentación gráfica (planos, fotografías) y administrativa derivada de las aperturas y reformas.
