The role
You will be part of the Automated Facilities maintenance team and will ensure the diagnosis of the electrical/electronic components of the automated installation (Stacker cranes, belt and roller conveyors, PLC, servomotors, frequency drives, pneumatics, etc...).
What you'll do
- Execute and ensure that the preventive maintenance schedule is carried out within the planned deadlines based on machinery usage hours.
- Ensure operational continuity for production by allocating the necessary resources and equipment.
- Intervene in the event of breakdowns, detect the origin of faults and establish diagnoses, documenting the work order (WO) for the historical breakdown record.
- Report incidents, provided solutions, improvement proposals, and the follow-up of corrective actions to production and the team per shift.
