Event Promoter for Family Event – Barcelona

We are looking for people with a cheerful, approachable, decisive, and very communicative attitude, who enjoy working facing the public.

The following will be especially valued:

• Previous experience as a promoter, steward/ess, entertainer, or in events.
• Experience working in activations aimed at children and families.
• Ease in energizing groups and explaining activities.
• Energetic, extroverted person with initiative.
• Ability to work in a team and perform in high-movement events.

The objective of the position will be to ensure that families enjoy a smooth, participatory, and welcoming experience throughout the entire activation.

💰 Salary: €10 gross/hour

At Staff Global Group, we are looking for 2 promoters to participate in a special activation aimed at children and families in a space located in the center of Barcelona.

We are looking for people who are extroverted, dynamic, proactive, and very confident when facing the public, capable of interacting with families, energizing activities, and contributing to creating a fun and organized experience.

During the activation, duties will be divided between the two selected profiles:

• Reception and welcoming of families.
• Distribution of lanyards, credentials, and tickets to attendees.
• Explanation of how the activation works and the different activities available.
• Energizing the various zones and animations, encouraging participation from children and families.
• Organization and movement of groups between the different activities.
• Guidance for attendees and management of flows between the different zones.
• Support in the photocall/photo booth area, helping families and fostering interaction.
• Coordination with the activation manager and the rest of the team to ensure the correct development of each shift.
• Support in clearing and reorganizing the space at the end of each shift.
• Resolution and support regarding possible incidents during the day.
