The role

Do you have experience as a promotions manager and are you motivated to join a well-established real estate developer group in Barcelona?

What you'll do

The selected promotions manager will report to the General Management and will be responsible for

Participating in the strategic definition of each promotion with management (equity, debt, partner agreements).
Negotiating and formalizing agreements with investors and partners.
Conducting initial land valuations and feasibility analyses.
Overseeing the complete operating account of each project (including technical, financial, and marketing aspects).
Controlling costs, revenues, margins, and deviations.
Defining the product positioning (typology, mix, target client).
Participating in the pricing and marketing strategy.
Coordinating and hiring key agents: architecture/engineering firm, project manager, sales agency, construction company, etc.
Supervising the project's progress in all its phases and solving any problems that may arise.
Preparing and leading presentations to investors.
Monitoring and reporting operations.
Supervising the delivery and post-sale phase.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

University degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Law, or similar.
Valuable to have completed an MBA, PDG, master's in Real Estate, or similar that provides a global vision of the real estate development business.
Experience in residential development management with a vision of the complete cycle, preferably in developer companies or in companies providing development management services.
Solid knowledge of the national housing market.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Valuable to speak Catalan and English.
Residence or relocation to Barcelona or nearby areas.
We are looking for a profile with a strategic vision, resolute, results-oriented, with a good level of communication, and with a strong network of contacts in the real estate sector in Catalonia.
