The role

At Staff Global Group we are looking for host standby staff for a conference at the Hotel Barceló Sants, Barcelona, on November 9, 10, 11, and 12.

You will go to the service location at the assigned time to be available as standby personnel and to cover possible absences or team needs. If you enjoy customer service and have experience in conferences, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

In case you join the service:

Submission of documentation.
Room support and assistance to attendees.

How you'll work

The available standby shifts are:

November 9: from 08:00 to 09:00.
November 10: from 07:30 to 08:30.
November 11: from 07:30 to 08:30, from 08:00 to 09:00, or from 08:30 to 09:30.
November 12: from 08:00 to 09:00.

Uniform

Black suit, black t-shirt, and pumps.

Requirements

Advanced English.
Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
Experience at congresses.
Availability to attend during the assigned shift.
