What you'll get

Contract: permanent seasonal contract (fijo-discontinuo), immediate start until 31/10.

Salary: €17.74/hour + incentives (max. €500/month)

Schedule: 40 hours/week, schedule to be confirmed. Availability required from Monday to Sunday. Store open until 11:00 PM.

The role

Are fashion and customer service your passion? Do you know how to make every customer feel unique? At Staff Global Group, we are looking for a Sales Supervisor to represent the style and essence of the brand at a new pop-up store for a luxury fashion house in Puerto Banús.

What you'll do

Take on the role of shift manager, supervising the team in the absence of the store manager.
Customer service and direct sales.
Monitoring targets and achieving KPIs.
Lead by example in customer service and clientelling, maximizing sales through a strong in-store presence.
Train and provide feedback to Sales Associates.
General supervision of the work team.
Control store assets: key control, loss prevention, inventory, and compliance with standards.
Ensure that the store, window displays, and visual merchandising always reflect the brand image.
Represent the style and essence of the brand.

What are we looking for?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in store management or supervision in retail, ideally in women's fashion.
Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
Excellent communication and commercial skills, leadership, and observational and analytical abilities.
Ability to manage cash register, inventory, and daily store operations.
Availability to work full-time from Monday to Sunday.
Advanced level of English required.
